the NFL changed the OT rules because of Rodgers
and I do get the "slam the door" end to the game if you're seeing it through that lens.
But remind one self
Your team....the entire team has played their guts out and your relying on the BACKUP QB to win this for you.
I would opt to kick and play the game.......

I would've take the points and gone to OT
Certainly play to wide side of the field....let the QB roll, and go primary to the TE.
But it was flawed, and when it all comes down to 2 guys making a play? I like my chances playing my entire team another 15 minutes a whole lot better.
And yeah.......a real RPO scheme there might have worked a lot better.......
