Probably very few (if any) NFL players would be at risk of serious illness or dying from covid. If vaccinated, they would probably have no such risk. In that case, it might make sense to allow vaccinated players to play even if they test positive. In that case, they could expose unvaccinated players, but everyone has the option of getting the vax for their own safety.
