The Jaguars are apparently wishing for Pederson, which would be a good hire for them, but they'll likely have to settle for a guy like Moore. Getting Lawrence on track is job #1 for the next regime in addition to rebuilding the culture. But I doubt they have the juice to sway a coach away from going to Denver if given the choice. Denver isn't too far away as a team and just needs some tweaking to go with a starting caliber QB.
