Stafford doesn't look much better. The offense doesn't look much better. The defense has taken a serious turn for the worse. Special teams suck. Yet all three areas just keep doing the same thing, making the same mistakes, etc. NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!
I've said it before and I'll say it again....those rah rah leaders usually don't last long. People get tired of I need to do better, put people in a better position to succeed, etc. Talk is cheap. What is needed is a little accountability and rah rah leaders are not inclined to it. I'll take a Vrabel, tough minded coach any day.
