McVay has to coach him up, not treat him as an equal. Stafford in the system that McVay ran for Goff would excel but he is treating Stafford like he is Dam Marino and he is not. Stafford is a quiet leader and he looks like he is ready to shrivel up and die. This hands off approach is killing the Rams.
As far as McVay is concerned, he is on the "politest hottseat" I have ever seen, you have gotten everything you have asked for but he is his own worst enemy, stop loading the team up with clones of you, and treat your DC and Special teams guy like you did Goff. Hold them accountable or get rid of them.
