There can't be any sense of speed, or feeling of setting the ball out to him. Kinda like you run as fast as you can and I'll heave it, kids playing in the sandlot....On the other hand it was no worse then a great punt (which I can't say for our punter too much anymore) and the D allows it to turn into a 95 yard drive.....IMO that game was settled right then...that 1st 95 yard drive was the statement we never answered......
And don't even go into our coverage teams.....yes they had a penalty on their big KO return, but it was a stupid penalty, the guy did not need to do that for that to break open like it did. Never seen anything like it...our guy goes straight ahead and goes 10-15 yards.....the other team seems to always break at least 1 kick return a game.....when we do have a semblance of a return there's a flag.....every friggen time.....Our PR measures are simple..fair catch it....
