Where to begin........ I don't blame Stafford for the pick 6, that was on Higbee. I saw at one point the Rams receivers had 6 dropped passes. Only ran the ball 8 times all night. Are you kidding me? I realize we were behind the 8 ball but the Niner defense wasn't playing the run all night. Not at all. Two weeks in a row giving the opposition a 14 point lead in the first quarter. This team under McVay is SOFT, SOFT, SOFT. Two weeks in a row getting manhandled like grade school kids. Defense can't stop the run. Offense if VERY predictable. Niners were all over every play our offense tried to make. I'm starting to see McVay as being overrated. He's a good coach, but not a championship coach. It doesn't matter if Goff or Stafford is QB because McVay's play calling is very predictable. Pass, pass, pass, pass ad nauseum. This was disappointing, sickening and unacceptable. And I don't want to hear or see anyone say, "But we're 7-3" that's just @#$%&. This is not a SB team. WAY too many warts. As a wildcard the Rams will be one and done. All flash with the acquisitions, no substance. It was an entire team meltdown this week not just the offense. Defense sucked ass too. Niners ran it down our throats..... embarassing. And a fake FG?..... smh. At that point you take the points. Terrible coaching, terrible team effort. Why did we all know this was going to happen?
I have to give kudos to the board members, you guys know this team better than the coach...... and that's a shame.
