But, like Chris Collinsworth pointed out, it's more than the stats with Jackson, especially while he's learning the Raiders' playbook. A lot of teams wouldn't have had him on the field for several more weeks. I know a lot of fans just look at the players individual stats, but I think they don't fully understand team sports.
Collinsworth gave the Raiders a lot of credit for finding a way to Jackson. They hit a lot of big pass plays while he was on the field.
That's all I meant when I said that he opens up the field.
