It's the players who think THEY are never part of a team problem but quick to accept accolades when things roll smooth. That was my issue with Ramsey when he was in Jacksonville.
These athletes that have attitude problems sometimes are just very vocal. They have opinions just like everyone else, fan base included. When they feel like the system is wrong, coaches don't know what they are doing, using players wrong, gameplanning wrong etc. They don't want to sit back and do nothing. It's very frustrating when you feel that someone or something is holding you back. Now I'm not condoning any player for mouthing off or undermining a team but I get why someone would do it. Passion is not a bad thing in sports as long as you can use it to your advantage. Kobe and Jordan are good examples of players that weren't just going to sit around quietly and let management do there thing.
