Rams sign speedy veteran WR DeSean Jackson for LA homecoming

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Veteran receiver DeSean Jackson agreed to a one-year deal with the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, returning to his native Southern California after 13 NFL seasons on the East Coast.
Jackson will provide a deep threat for new quarterback Matthew Stafford. The deal also reunites Jackson with Sean McVay, his offensive coordinator for three seasons in Washington.
The 34-year-old Jackson spent his first six NFL seasons and the last two with the Philadelphia Eagles, but he played in just eight games over the last two years due to injuries.

The Los Angeles Rams have selected Louisville wide receiver Tutu Atwell with the 57th overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.
The 5-foot-8, 155-pound Atwell finished his 2020 junior season as the Cardinals' leading receiver with 46 catches for 625 yards and seven touchdowns across nine games. His seven touchdowns tied for fourth in the ACC last year.
Overall, Atwell finished his college career with 140 receptions for 2,307 yards and 21 touchdowns across three seasons, tied for fifth in school history with 21 touchdown catches, ranked fourth with 10 100-yard receiving games, and eighth with 2,307 receiving yards.

Tutu has turned out to be a big time reach. There were plenty of fans on this forum and other forums that predicted this was a draft blunder and so far they've been correct. Strike two!
Odell Beckham just signed with the Rams on 11/11/2021.
