Mayock has whiffed as a GM...I'm very surprised actually.

Raiduhs have drafted horribly since hiring Mayock/Gruden...and now, Gruden is gone for being a HC from the 1950's.
I'm pretty stunned at just how poorly Mayock has drafted. I mean, even a stopped clock is right 2x day...but not for Mayock's Raiders...
they don't even have random luck with all those high picks.
Raiders are in absolute limbo.
