Mcvay has been very boring on this since his first two years in the league. He was very innovative the first two years and would mix in trick plays. It looks like we could have used some last night and once again nothing. He has too much on his plate being the head coach and playcalling and although he does a great job games like this really show that he is in over his head sometimes. But back to the trick plays love the flea flickers, double reverse pass.
