Just finished watching this train wreck on tape.
Game turned on those two early interceptions by Stafford. Changed the flux of the game and Killed the Rams right there.
Both of those ints were horrible decisions, rookie mistakes and not to be expected by a veteran like Stafford.
Some on this forum pointed out last week what horrible throws Carson Wentz makes sometimes but those two throws by Stafford were at least as bad.
As far as I am concerned the jury is still out on Stafford. He has to prove he can win the big games. So far in his career he has not done that. I fear there is a reason for it and we saw a glimpse yesterday.
Other than Stafford o-line fell apart completely in the first half too. And McVay took too long to make adjustments.
Division will be tough to win now. Have to beat the Cards in their nest for sure.
And one last thing: We do not have a return game whatsoever. Field position is key in the big games and the Rams are really hurting in that department big time.
Go Rams!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
