That's a fan Facebook page, not an organization FB page

That's a "fan" created Facebook page. It says so in the About this Group section on the FB page. It clearly states "Made for fans by fans" so it's not an official Rams FB page that's managed by the Rams organization. You really should take anything you see there with a grain of salt. Best thing to do is verify any "news" reported there. Now, if you'd seen that the Rams had signed Odell Beckham Jr on the official Rams FB page (it has a little blue circle with a white checkmark in the middle to show it's certified)... then you could believe it.
