Actually he is on the Vikings practice squad, but I agree, he did well in preseason I thought, but he would have to be signed to the 53 man roster if signed off their practice squad.

IMO, the reason they went with Koski is because of his punt return ability and Lord knows the Rams need help there. Trishton Jackson does not offer that ability.
