With the Raiders interests in Jackson, I would look at signing the former Oklahoma State PR off their Practice Squad. Nothing earth shattering as to his return numbers, but didn't fumble with 55 attempts and averaged 7 yards a return. Some upside as a WR, with sure hands and just being smart on returns is all I'm looking for. Great Name too.
