I wouldn't have done the Ramsey deal at the time. I would have given Goff 2021 before making any moves. And I wouldn't have done this Miller deal. Kudos to Snead and Co.
I do understand and now agree with the idea that "premium talent as a known commodity is more valuable than unknown commodities." And the line, "Snead would not put his own professional reputation on the line if he didn’t already know exactly how McVay and Morris would use someone like Miller." is spot on. Relationships and trust matter.
