Yep. The "McVay" branch of coaching is the new big thing.

We hear of the Shanahan branch, the Bellicheck branch, the Walsh branch, etc. But McVay is already making a name for himself with his own branch. It is truly staggering that at his age, with less than 5 years in the league, the McVay branch has already spawned 3 winning HCs.

McVay needs to remain the Rams' HC for a very long time, like with Tomlin.
