They still play down to lesser teams and make games closer than they need to be. I am not seeing the learning McVay references.

As far as ST play. It's horrible with no awareness and poor execution. Bad coaching decisions to put certain returners in the game. Tutu must be horrible at practice that he cant even get on the field on a poor Special Team unit.
