the Browns. I blew it, was looking at one thing---and missed another
he's a field safety, always on the wide side of the field when they
show 2-deep, which is most of the time
when they show one safety high, it is him
the other safety, they list as a strong safety, but he's
a boundarary safety--always on the short side
unless they show single high, then he's usually in the box
also, that guy #33 will play LBer in nickel and another guy
will come in and play S
in that case it seems Johnson will play the boundary and
#22 plays the field--but I need to watch more on that
---so this info on nickel could change
I was looking at the TE or strong side--
so, when the 3 receiver side is to the field, JJ is strong
when it is to the boundary or the TE is to the boundary
he is the "free" safety
when he is in single his he's the "free"
bottom line in their base defense he's a field safety
in their usual 2-deep look and is the MOF safety
tin their single high look
