I've never seen McVay pile it on, even when he could.
If we jump out ahead it will be like the Giants game, backups and handoffs.
Not just out of respect for former Rams involved with the Lions but for the game itself.

That said, I suspect it'll be a long day for the Lions. Stafford might be casual about the matchup, but don't tell me in the back of his mind he isn't thinking about the "Stat Padford" nickname.
