Similar guys in personality, as both are sort of laid back, not rah rah types. Both slight of build. Both get jittery under a rush and tend to check down. Both comfortable on the move and outside the pocket wrt boots. Timid QBs basically, type of guys who would be perennial all-stars in a flag football league.
So yeah I think backup is about right for Goff.
