Like on the Jackson long pass; was it really under accidentally under thrown? Or was it to the spot that had a lot of green around it? You have to notice WHEN it was that Stafford threw it, and WHERE Jackson was at the time. I think it was a great play by Stafford and Jackson being Jackson.
Looked to me like he couldn't get enough into the pass because a defender was coming right in his face as soon as he was releasing it.
It also looks like he had Woods wide open on the dig but forced it to Jackson. Hopefully Stafford can find a balance between pushing the ball and taking "easier" open plays. Or living to play another down.
Which isn't to say that Stafford is struggling or doing poorly. Just room for improvement. But, he's further along more quickly than Rodgers was in getting acclimated to the offense in his first year of it.
