Rams O will sort itself out and rather soon, I think. The pieces are all there including the coaching. Stafford will continue gelling with his new teammates and I think it will be mostly done by midseason, just as happened with Brady last year under similar circumstances.

ST seems to be coming along. I’ve been pleased with progress on coverage units.

But the D? Honestly, I’m not overconfident because of Morris’ stubbornness. The Rochell move was encouraging but why not a Rapp replacement. If the fanbase can see the weakness can you imagine how opposing OC’s and QB’s are salivating?

Morris is personable and does a nice presser but he has a blind spot when it comes to selecting and scheming personnel at certain positions. And he hasn’t shown a tenth of Staley’s ability to adjust either in game or at halftime.

He’s looking like a disappointing hire 5 games into the season, frankly.
