Chargers will always be the Clippers of the NFL while the Rams will always be the Lakers in LA
Sure they will gain some bandwagon fans who just like any team that is winnning, but most of their fan base is still in San Diego...and that is who will slowly start to forgive them and make the drive up to watch them.
Reminds me of the early days after the Rams left, it was hard to find a Rams fan around here....we used to have the "Rams Room" at a bar in West Covina where I found a group of about 30 die hards like me who never left this team and I thought it was amazing.....by the end of 1999 that group of 30 was now about 200 . This is going to happen to the Chargers fan base if they continue to win , but they're not going to steal much if any of the Rams fan base, especially since the Rams are the much more glamorous and winning team the last few years
