I mean maybe they could get the HC of Alabama......LOL.....Sean chose him, he's going no place....Sean doesn't go that way....the organization doesn't go that way anymore.....Maybe he got him because he "communicates well with players"....I can't believe that Raheem came in here and did not tell him what his plans were.....Sean listened, liked it, hired him.......Maybe it was his energy he liked....but his plan/scheme is anything but energetic to me......To me it's totally reactionary, no where close to aggressive, save for JR running around getting in peoples faces in that backend....everyone else seems to sit in zones and wait for the catch.
He does run some nice blitz packages at times, but that's not enough obviously.
