My father, a retired physician, former Green Beret, Special Forces soldier who was heavily involved with espionage would always chime in during the games talking about stealing signals, wiring locker rooms, hotel rooms, meeting rooms, intercepting electronic communications. Even today, the Rams practice field, set low in at the base of some foothills is ripe for the pickings for someone in the hills or with a drone miles away with high powered cameras to someone who is so inclined to steal information.
You have to be a honest, upstanding rule follower to not do that in the NFL. Bill hasn't proven that he is that guy.
