Maybe Van Jefferson. I know he had a big week one but his week two was leaving a lot to be desired.
I have to disagree. He did a lot of little stuff last Sunday that goes unnoticed. Example last TD drive. He was the one lined up on the outside that beat his guy rather quick in route that forced safety to come over to middle that left Kupp with no one over the top when he beat his guy on the 44 yard completion.
Jefferson was also the one on the next play, which was the TD pass to Kupp, that kept the DB in the middle of end zone after again Jefferson beat his guy on the snap that allowed a clear passing lane from Stafford to Kupp after he beat his guy too on the snap.
VJ had a big block on the lengthy reception to Kupp on the first drive in the second half.
Again just a few examples on why even when he doesn’t have a big pass catching day why he remains the 3rd WR I would suspect.
