Worse is on the ticket exchanges a lot of venues don't release tickets until 24 hrs before event. I recently took my son out to Chicago
to catch a game at Wrigley Field
Planned trip for months in advance .... and not being very tech savvy stressed the whole time.
I ended up not getting tickets to my mobile device until 3 hrs before game time
Yeah buddy give me 4 tickets in hand
But sadly I think that like so many other things these days, that is just a thing of the past
