I'm 100% on my ISP... TV, Computers, Devices... everything I've got. With Hulu, youtubeTV, Netflix, PrimeVideo, HBOMax, etc. I almost NEVER get buffering.... but with streaming football games all I get is buffering... gotta be their equipment.
I was on radio as well, for the 1st quarter. I think it's an acquired thing because I grew up having to listen to radio broadcasts... got used to them and so still today radio is ok with me. In 'some' ways I prefer it.
Of course I'd rather 'watch', not saying I'd choose radio over TV... just saying I'm not that aggravated if I have to go to radio. - JamesJM
