I know little of the Colts myself... actually.. outside of the NFC I know little about any of the other teams. Big time stars? Yes.. but that's about it.
I do not play FF... have very little interest in doing... BUT.... those who do are VERY knowledgeable about other teams, they have to be!
Each week I will look into the opponent we'll be facing. Far less often I will 'scout', (if that's the right word), the opponents of the other teams in the NFC West.. just to see if they're facing stiff competition or facing a cake walk. As the season progresses I will do all that a lot more often. Come playoff time:
I will know quite a bit about all the teams participating, more about the Ram's likely opponents. YET.. even at playoff time I will not know players as well as those who play FF. - JamesJM
