That policy def has holes in it, but should, ultimately, help the county/state/country reach their respective vaccination goals.

That proof of negative test in New Orleans, though...? Considering the current infection situation in that city/state/region...I think officials there might want to be a little tougher.

Will be interested to see if any outdoor venues follow suit.
