Look, SoFi is amazing, beautiful... but seems to me there are huge problems.
St. Louis was surrounded by hotels. Phoenix even better... shopping, food, hotels, all within a few steps of the doors into the stadium. I'm not privy to the plans for that area but I have to believe they've only just begun.
