I don't live in the area but found some info just now at [www.audacy.com]
that says KCBS 93.1 FM in Los Angeles has pre- and post-game coverage in addition to broadcasting the Rams games.

The website states: This broadcast is only available via terrestrial radio (car or stereo),at: [931jackfm.com]

Sounds like if you live within the radio broadcast area you can listen to the game. If you don't, you're out of luck because they don't broadcast games over the internet.
