Can you imagine our offense if we had SJ on this years team?!
That's the most intriguing thing about SJ. What would he have done on a good team? His career was delayed a bit having to split carries and once the job was his, the team was a mess. I don't know that he'd be a fit for McVay's system but it's hard to imagine SJ not succeeding in just about any system so it'd be worth trying.
Still not sure about SJ's personality. His ability was always top notch though. Definitely a victim of wrong place, wrong time.
