I'd hardball Rogers until he's retired and fat. Then put up highlights of his great games on the website after he retires if he does. No way that dude would go to another team and rub my nose in it if I'm the GM.

But maybe if he can get other players to join him we'll see more people fired to include folks in the front office. That might even get him to show up to camp on time lol.
Isn't that exactly why they have problems right now, though? It isn't anything new, they pissed off Favre too. Not sure what they're approach is but the don't mind running off HOF QB's.
