Gotta pick and choose, but some good comments on a few subjects.

I guess one of the more interesting comments was that she thinks Hopkins is a bunch bigger than he was last year, and that the Rams seem to be grooming him as a possible Higbee mold or replacement. Whereas she really doubts the Rams want Harris very much bigger because they want to keep his rare speed and body control for a man his size, and utilize him as a hybrid TE and WR for matchups where his extreme speed and length present problems for D's. Blocking would be far down the list.

She also seemed to think that Terrell Burgess is going to be a very good player this year and that barring any kind of unexpected setback he will be 100% for Training Camp.

She says that the Rams saw Earnest Jones very much in the Fuller mold. They believe that the metrics they use goes far beyond the standard published NFL metrics for a player that most teams use. It was those in-house metrics that caused them to take Fuller, and caused them to choose Jones. They play faster than the standard NFL metrics say they ought to be able to. (My personal comment: they were both superb college players, but neither were spectacular or made the highlight reels.... they're just especially good football players, consistent, stay available, but they get lost in the crowd of bigger names).
