Ever since the Rams took the "leap of faith" and hired the young 31 year old kid, this ENTIRE ORGANIZATION has changed for the better. It was no longer going to be the "same ol' thing".
Sean McVay is a leader. He's proven he's not afraid to make adjustments that will make the TEAM BETTER.
Bottom line, IMHO as long as McVay is our HC, it will be "WE NOT ME" that will always make this franchise a WINNER.
