Excellent news on Long, hopefully he is fired up and ready for that #3 CB spot.
The little I've seen of him I always liked him a little better outside than in the slot, I wonder if he does come in on Nickel if Williams will play slot and Long Outside?
Fantastic update on A'Shawn as well, sounds like he may be ready to thrive at the 5 tech. Give's us some good flexibility with SDJ able to play both nose and 5 and Gaines at nose. I love the energy and effort our D-line brings!
