Jaylon Smith to Rams?

I was listening to SiriusXM this morning for a quick trip this morning and Salamon Wilcox mentioned the Cowboys might be trading Smith to the Rams, but then a few moments later Todd Haley mentioned how the Chargers could use him??? So I don't know if Todd got the Chargers confused with the Rams or vice versa ???

Can't find anything online about it, but it was interesting.....and confusing
