Yeah he's a bit of an outlier for the Rams

They don't usually chase the guys who have good talent but haven't lived up to it. That was a Fisher thing, the talent focus. This guy might be a steal who knows. But he had great coaching and his talent is there, yet somehow it didn't translate to the field.

It's the combo of things I don't like.
