I like the reasoning across the board. What will change, and we won't know how, is the second wave of Free agency now that the compensation aspect is removed and adding cuts from other squads. I can seeing us adding like 3 new players before our first game. We could add a vet c/g, a power rb, or maybe a vet rusher. Since I do believe that our GM is always looking to improve some strong names might appear. Could we sign a Justin Houston? Maybe on a one-year deal. Could we get another CB? Certainly. Can't have too many of those. Almost always a vet RB becomes available late from a RB rich team. The Niners have like ten RBs. They can't keep them all.
