The issue is money, what each team thinks of each player, and what each player thinks of the new destination. We know none of these things.

Remember, Rogers is near a new contract and it will break the bank. There will be big dead money involved on both sides.
And then there's the reputation of Rogers as a permanent crank, unbendable, and uncoachable. His way or the highway. It's who he is, and Brett Favre publicly recently underlined that. Would Pete Carroll want to put up with that? Would Rogers upgrade the Seahawks at QB? IMO no. He'd just be a different kind. Would Wilson want to be in GB? Don't know.

Fun to talk about, but this isn't like swapping Trading Cards.
