A few good players here and there but ultimately the consistently poor drafting ruined the team. Even the year with 3 #1 picks wasn underwhelming.

The Rams have been solid for several years now. Even if this draft is a complete bust, the Rams have a good young team. However, if Snead strings together 2 or 3 Martz-like drafts then history could repeat itself.
