I think you are right.

all the teams use the same chart---maybe not the one that Jimmy ohnson started, which is the one most pople use,

but a new version that all the teams work with--

they all would need to use the same one or it would be one big cluster

the Rich Hill one or Football Perspective or Over the Cap ones are no way to compare

and the old one I used is off because it's old---the one used now would be pretty close---but my gues is we still
got shorted a bit...
