Draft experts question

Hi all I was just wondering what players came college as legitimate 5 star recruits only to get stuck in a horrible situation. I am thinking like last year the Rams got Akers who was one of the best ranked college recruits but he lost some luster at Florida State because they offensive line was so bad. Are there any blue chippers in need positions that may just need a change of scenery to blossom?
