Richard Sherman, to me, would be someone the Rams ought to pursue for the right price. Just not sure he'd play for that price.

I see him worth it in the $3mil range. Even though he's only a shadow of what he once was, he's very savvy and his length makes him difficult to go against.

A secondary with Ramsey, D. Williams and Sherman would result in a "who the heck do you want to risk throwing to" by the opponent. I would see Sherman as CB3 who is nearly as good as many teams' CB1.

If the Rams were able to give Sherman a private workout and he runs a sub 4.6 40 yard dash, it would be hard to pass him up in the $3mil range.

I doubt they will be able to give him a private workout so the odds are very low that they would sign him simply based on his reputation and success in the league.
