Not doubting Warner's concerns, but I'm wondering if these are mistakes borne out of shouldering the load of making plays for the team...leading him to take unnecessary chances.
Warner says that toward the end. At about the 7:48 mark. He says (paraphrasing) maybe Stafford felt he had to make plays because with the Lions (32nd ranked D) it was on him.
It is true that MS played from behind a huge percentage of the time. Compare Rodgers and Stafford. Rodgers threw while ahead 51.3% of the time and 27% while behind (the rest is "tied" obviously). With Stafford, it was appx. 18.2% while ahead and 64.8% while behind.
Though the numbers also show that Stafford is much more likely to take a sack while playing from behind than throw an INT.
