I've thought about that too. Two teams that clearly would prefer to trade back. Could happen for sure. Seattle is- comparatively- more desperate to move back I think. The Rams don't have a lot of ammo in this Draft yet they have almost twice as much draft capital as Seattle (see tankathon.com's draft power rankings).

The Rams could trade back. But also if a good value appears- say a clear top 45 overall player at one of their top 3-4 needs- then take him.
