Dolphins GM Chris Grier's asset management has led to the franchise being on track to have 8 1st-round picks in a 4-year span (2020-23), with at least two in the Top 6. And they were 10-6 with just 2 of those picks made.
If Grier picks players like he wheels and deals, look out.
